Project Overview: Chiskop Brand Refresh & Product Extension

Objective: Revitalize the Chiskop brand with an evolutionary upgrade and extend the product range to include new offerings while maintaining the brand’s core identity.

Chiskop Hair Removal Cream
Chiskop for Men, a distinguished South African brand, is renowned for its effective hair removal solutions tailored to local men. In our brand refresh, we maintained the iconic muscular black aesthetic to uphold the brand’s strong, masculine identity. The packaging now features a sleek, deep black background that conveys sophistication and modernity. To resonate with contemporary masculine lifestyles, we incorporated a clean, minimalist design that exudes effortless elegance.

Our approach included retaining the model’s smooth skin imagery to emphasize the product’s effectiveness. This visual aligns with the brand’s promise of delivering quick, easy smoothness without the hassle of a razor, ensuring a seamless user experience.

New Product Extension – Soothing Balm:*
To enhance the Chiskop hair removal routine, we introduced a soothing balm. This new addition complements the hair removal cream, providing a complete solution for achieving and maintaining smooth skin. Given the limitations of the printing process, we opted for a line illustration of the active ingredient instead of using photographic models. This design choice not only aligns with the minimalist aesthetic but also clearly communicates the balm’s benefits.

Design Highlights:
Hair Removal Cream:* Retained the deep, rich black background with a sleek, modern design to reinforce the brand’s masculine and sophisticated appeal.
Soothing Balm:Introduced a line illustration of the active ingredient to replace photographic imagery, ensuring clarity and consistency in the product’s presentation.

Outcome
The Chiskop brand refresh successfully merges traditional elements with contemporary design principles, enhancing market presence and consumer engagement. The extension into the soothing balm category offers a comprehensive solution for smooth skin, reflecting the brand’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of modern men.
